The Buffalo Arts Studio, located in the historic Trico Building in Buffalo, recently underwent a major renovation — including the refinishing of its 100-year-old floors. These floors were not only worn and damaged, but also had a unique history as part of the building where the Model T Ford was once produced.
The floor restoration process by Pro Squared Facility Solutions began with repairing multiple large cracks in the floor. Next, all the old surface was removed in order to start fresh. Finally, the floor was polished to a high gloss shine, restoring its original luster and beauty.
Today, the Buffalo Arts Studio’s newly-refinished floors serve as the perfect complement to the studio’s vibrant and eclectic art exhibits. Visitors to the studio can now walk on floors that are not only beautiful, but also steeped in history.
